Happy Birthday Mary
Today I have the honor of helping my friend and her family celebrate their mom's 90th birthday. I made her a chrysopase bracelet as a token gift, as she needs nothing at this point in here life except having friends and family around. In her hey day she was a social worker and an educator in LA and quite a firecracker I am told. She has the cutest smile and engaging eyes, and has a very quick sense of humor. She loves the old movies, especially Elvis Presley and Gary Cooper. I will be attending the eating Olympics at the Hawaii Prince Hotel in Waikiki. I love their buffet. So much for Weight Watchers;)

Happy Birthday to Mary!! Being able to celebrate a 90th birthday with friends and family is amazing- what a blessing! She sounds like a wonderful woman and such fun to be around. Your bracelet and earrings are so beautiful! You know how much I love the pretty greens. ;-) Have a fantastic time at the Gastronomic Olympics!! The Sunday champagne buffet brunch at the Prince is out of this world- I feel like I've died and gone to heaven the few times I've gone there! Take care and Happy Birthday, again, to Mary! :-)
Mary sounds like a wonderful woman. She will love the jewellery you made her, very nice!
What a great gift!! Have fun and eat tons for me too.
The necklace and earrings are perfect and just what my grandmother would have loved when she was around. I envy you the wonderful dinner. Just, you know, use those extra points for today. Then try to eat fewer tomorrow. Oh, the games we play, no? :)
Reading about Mary reminds me of my Lola Gertrude (grandmother) who was spry and lively until her last fight with diabetes. The stone looks like a cross between an opal and jade. The bracelet and earrings are gorgeous and I am sure Mary will love them!
Good luck on the Buffet! It's not totally un-Weight watchers. I'm sure WW would let you at least lick everything, just don't digest anything. The other buffet-goers might find that a little gross though.
The earrings and bracelet are gorgeous!
Ohhh. The bracelet and earrings are gorgeous! I love green. The rectangle beads are one of my favorite shapes right now. Mary sounds like a treasure. Have a wonderful time - yum!!
